Shipping policy
Processing Time Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. During high-volume periods (launches, restocks, holidays, Black Friday week), processing may take up to 7–10 business days. We ship as quickly as possible every business day. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Shipping Method All orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage in a sturdy box. Nail polish is classified as a flammable hazardous material and cannot be shipped by air. Expedited shipping and Priority Mail are not available. All shipping materials are nontoxic and recyclable. If you'd like tissue paper instead of paper shreds, just include a note with your order or email holla@lacquistry.com.
Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order. Note: We now ship in sturdy boxes, so shipping weight will be higher than when we shipped in bubble mailers. On the plus side — no broken or smashed polishes, and we're fully USPS hazmat compliant.
Domestic Shipping Only We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time. We're working on it, but international shipments require special documentation and fees — we're just not there yet.
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 48 hours for tracking to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Note: Our carriers do not always scan packages at pickup, and the post office sometimes fails to scan as well. Tracking may not appear until the package is delivered. We know this is frustrating — we're frustrated too. We have complained repeatedly with little result. We appreciate your patience.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at holla@lacquistry.com within 3 days of delivery with photos — we'll make it right. Lost packages must be reported to USPS within 30 days of the ship date. Please check with your local post office first, as they may be able to locate it.
